The Supreme Court of Israel upheld the decision of the District Court of Jerusalem authorizing the extradition of Aleksandar Cvetkovic to face prosecution before the War Crimes Section of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. During Bosnian War, Mr. Cvetkovic was a member of the 10th Reconnaissance Squad with the Main Headquarters of the Republika Srpska Army. He is accused of participating in the Srebrenica Genocide by taking part in the executions at the Branjevo military farm near Zvornik.
