ICTR: Rutaganda Testifies in Nzirorera’s Defence

Georges Rutaganda, a former second vice-president of MRND, and the 32nd defence witness, testified today that Joseph Nzirorera, former Secretary General of MRND, was not associated with Interahamwe and did not participate in their creation.
