Kenya: High Court Refuses Jurisdiction to Try Piracy

Netherlands: Dutch Court Sentences Pirates to 5 Year Imprisonment

2010-06-07, Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Judge Jan Willem Klein Wolterink, of the Rotterdam District Court, sentenced 5 Somali pirates to 5 years in prison.
